Happy New Year!

Well, it's 2011 and I am starting my very first blog. I am not sure where this will take me, but if you happen upon this page, bear with me while I navigate exactly what I want to say. I am not necessarily expecting any major life changes this year. I have made the usual resolutions to try and lose weight and get fit and cook dinner more then twice a week etc, etc...I have a teenage son who is venturing out into the world of driving and headed to high school next fall. So I will be busy with all the enrollment and information meetings that entails in the next couple of weeks.  Gee, when I was going to high school all we had to do was sign up for our electives and show up! This is much more like going to college without the beer and parties. I also have a son in the 4th grade. Talk about switching gears! His biggest worry is which friend he's going to invite over after school each day. They keep me on my toes! Oh yeah, I am also trying to be more organized this year. Wish me luck!
